Mass General Brigham is seeking a Scheduling Specialist for the Ambulatory Contact Center. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule or reschedule appointments for Neurology, Orthopedics, Cardiology, Urology, and Multi-Service patient care.

90% of time is on the phone; 75–100 calls daily, with patient registration and online request handling. Shifts include a 40-hour week with training hours initially, remote work eligibility, HIPAA compliance, and required home

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Tech-savvy with high volume workloads.
• Organized and detail oriented; follows SOPs.
• Able to multitask across multiple programs and screens.
• Strong customer service background and Microsoft products knowledge.
• Experience with Outlook, Excel and data entry required.
• Epic or similar EHR experience desired.

Mansioni
