The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, real-time scheduling adjustments, and high-volume communication with members and clinicians while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, dispatch, logistics, or related operations.
• Familiarity with Five9 and scheduling platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider dispatch and same-day scheduling to optimize routes.
• Manage scheduling and backfill to maximize provider utilization.
• Monitor schedules, identify gaps, and reassign as needed.
• Communicate scheduling changes professionally to members and providers.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data and ensure compliance.
