Remote Medical International is seeking a meticulous Clinical Operations Coordinator to support consulting physicians and streamline patient-focused care in a fully remote setting across the United States.

You will coordinate cases, communicate with facilities and internal teams, handle medical information exchanges, and assist with administrative needs for patient care and throughput.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health services or healthcare delivery.
• HIPAA compliance and patient-record handling.
• Valid license/certification in a healthcare field (RN/Paramedic/EMT/MA).
• Fluency in medical terminology.
• Proficiency with MS Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient cases from intake to discharge with oversight.
• Liaise with client imaging facilities and coordination center.
• Establish timely communication with receiving facilities.
• Keep all staff informed throughout the case lifecycle.
• Coordinate results communication to physicians and medics.
• Maintain admin oversight of daily follow-up patients.
• Respond to patient health-record requests and inquiries.
• Assist physicians with patient-focused admin tasks.
• Coordinate prescription and pharmacy coordination.
• Arrange fit-for-duty and return-to-work documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
