Job summary

Hmixray is seeking a Scheduler to develop, publish, and maintain schedules for internal remote technologists, ensuring consistent operational coverage across all remote operations. You will collaborate with remote operations leadership, technologists, imaging center managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate staffing needs and resolve scheduling conflicts.

The role requires availability for proactive, month-ahead scheduling and prompt response to changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of related scheduling experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with clinicians and staff.

Responsibilities

• Creates, publishes, and maintains monthly schedules for internal remote technologists using scheduling software and related systems.
• Coordinates with leadership, technologists, imaging center staff, and stakeholders to ensure coverage across locations and shifts.
• Collects availability and scheduling requests, follows up on submissions, and ensures schedules are finalized in advance.
• Monitors daily staffing levels and responds to unexpected changes including sick calls and overtime.
• Distributes scheduling updates and coverage changes to technologists and leaders in a timely manner.
• Maintains accurate scheduling records and prepares reports on coverage, attendance, and scheduling trends.
