Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to coordinate staffing for home-based clients. This full-time remote role supports scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA across the United States, with eligibility to work in the U.S. and residence within the U.S. for the duration of employment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and prior home care or healthcare operations experience. Prior EVV, payroll, and onboarding exposure is strongly preferred.

• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, and HHA with home-based clients.
• Experience with caregiver EVV, payroll, and onboarding.
