The position involves inbound and outbound calls, data review, and use of proprietary systems to ensure timely scheduling and proactive communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• Prior experience in a detail-oriented customer service environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and operate proprietary systems
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic customer service in a high-volume call-center environment
• Perform data review and entry with accuracy
• Schedule medical appointments for claimants and own case results
• Maintain regular updates with all case stakeholders
• Type and proofread reports and correspondence
• Transcribe reports from dictation
• Utilize problem-solving to avoid scheduling delays
• Meet production and quality targets
• Assist with additional duties as assigned
