Job summary

You will review provider histories in MedCheck, Scheck and SalesCloud, coordinate with supervisors, and maintain reports. Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft applications are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience in Managed Care/Benefit Administration preferred.
• Knowledge of Workers' Comp rules is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and return calls.
• Answer emails from clients, providers, and internal offices.
• Review provider history in MedCheck, Scheck and SalesCloud.
• Consult with Supervisor or other departments to clarify inquiries.
• Contact providers to discuss findings at the appropriate level.
• Maintain reports and spreadsheets as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.
