Lydian Energy seeks a Manager, Schedule and Cost Control to lead project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and reporting for utility-scale solar and BESS projects. This role ensures accurate progress tracking and clear communication to leadership across a nationwide portfolio.

You will work with Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and Legal teams to implement best practices, audits, and change management, ensuring alignment with ITC/PTC and tax equity requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a project scheduler and cost controller in renewable energy/construction.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the lead for schedule and cost control on utility-scale solar and BESS projects, including reviewing baseline schedules, updates, and pay applications.
• Ensure all project deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Develop and implement cost control processes and conduct regular audits for compliance.
• Provide timely project controls reporting and KPIs to management across all project phases.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to maintain accurate cost forecasts and align with financial arrangements.
• Coordinate with Procurement to ensure accurate cost allocation and traceability of requisitions.
• Ensure documentation aligns with Tax Equity, ITC, and PTC requirements.
• Assist with change requests to scope, budget, or schedule.
• Support contracts during negotiations to align with project objectives.
• Identify risks in milestone schedules and invoicing terms and propose mitigations.
