Lydian Energy in the United States is seeking a Contracts Manager to support utility-scale solar and related infrastructure projects. The role focuses on contract administration, compliance, and documentation from award through closeout, collaborating with project managers, accounting, engineering, procurement, legal, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has five+ years in construction contract administration, a bachelor’s degree, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in construction contract administration or a related project delivery function.
• Experience as Contracts Manager, Contracts Specialist, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of contracts, subcontracts, change orders, payment documentation, lien waivers, and closeout processes.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction or infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise contract monitoring, contract administration, and compliance activities for assigned projects.
• Review and track contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, amendments, change orders, notices, commitments, and other commercial documents.
• Develop, report on contract status, compliance, deliverables, risks, and outstanding actions.
• Coordinate the flow of construction documents, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
