Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in construction contract administration or related function.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent construction or infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; strong MS Office and document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration and compliance for assigned projects.
• Review and track contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, amendments, and change orders.
• Develop reports on contract status, deliverables, risks, and actions.
• Coordinate document flow, permits, notices, and closeout requirements.
• Maintain organized electronic contract records and filing systems.
• Support invoice reviews and payment processing with project teams.
• Coordinate prequalification packages and bid documentation.
• Travel to domestic project sites up to 15%.
