Job summary

Enervia is seeking a Project Scheduler in the Raleigh, NC area to develop, maintain, and analyze schedules for utility-scale Solar and BESS construction projects. The role collaborates with project managers, field teams, engineering, procurement, and controls to reflect the construction plan and forecast completion.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction scheduling, project planning, or project controls.
• Proficient with CPM scheduling, activity logic, float, milestones, and WBS development.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to translate field progress into schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baseline and project schedules in Microsoft Project from turnover through completion.
• Integrate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and milestones into schedules.
• Update schedules weekly with field progress, installed quantities, and forecast completion dates.
• Monitor critical path, float, milestones, schedule variance, and delays; communicate risks to leadership.
• Create look-ahead schedules, milestone reports, narratives, dashboards for teams and leadership.
• Provide schedule analysis and recovery/what-if scenarios when projects deviate from baseline.
• Support change orders and time-extension requests with schedule data.
