Job summary

Figma is seeking a Scaled Partner Manager to shape and scale our partner program, connecting dozens of technology partners with product, marketing, enablement, and operations teams. You’ll design repeatable processes and drive growth through partner and user engagement.

You’ll collaborate across product, marketing, and partnerships to deliver scalable programs, measure impact, and iterate on new initiatives that empower developers and partners within the Figma ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a SaaS or technology company with at least 2 years in partnerships, ecosystem programs, partner enablement, or a technical, customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, clear business and technical explanations, and ability to write with warmth.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Operational excellence in building scalable templates and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal architect of our scaled partner program and create repeatable blueprints.
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs.
• Be the primary contact for partner inquiries and coordinate with internal teams.
• Develop scalable systems like newsletters, FAQs, and enablement resources.
• Drive cross-functional execution to spotlight partners across the ecosystem.
• Measure partner engagement and program health with clear metrics.
• Experiment with new programs to ease developer and integration partner innovation.
• Balance partner, customer, and business needs to sustain ecosystem growth.
