Job summary

Figma is growing its partnerships and ecosystem team to scale partner programs and deliver value to users. You will architect scalable engagement with dozens of technology partners, coordinating across product, marketing, operations, and enablement to drive growth and ensure a seamless partner experience.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams to build reusable systems, keep partners aligned with the product roadmap, and measure program health with clear success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or technology company, with partnerships or ecosystem focus.
• Strong communication skills to explain business and technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal architect of our scaled partner program and define repeatable blueprints.
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs.
• Be the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and connect partners with internal teams.
• Develop scalable systems such as newsletters, FAQs, and enablement resources.
• Drive cross-functional execution with product, marketing, and events teams to spotlight partners.
• Measure partner engagement and program health with clear metrics.
• Experiment with new programs to help developers and integration partners innovate on Figma.
• Balance business impact with customer experience to grow the ecosystem.
