Job summary

Figma is seeking a Scaled Partner Manager to shape how we engage and support a growing community of technology partners. You’ll manage relationships with dozens of partners through scalable programs, connect them with product, marketing, enablement, and operations teams, and drive meaningful impact for users and partners.

This full-time role can be held from a US hub or remotely in the United States, offering equity and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a SaaS or tech company with partnerships or enablement experience.
• Ability to explain business and technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Strong in building scalable processes and templates.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal architect of our scaled partner program and establish operational frameworks.
• Manage a portfolio of ~50 technology partners through scalable engagement programs.
• Be the primary contact for partner inquiries and connect partners with internal teams.
• Develop scalable systems such as newsletters, FAQs, and enablement resources.
• Drive cross-functional execution with product, marketing, and events teams.
• Measure partner engagement and program health with clear metrics.
• Experiment with new programs to help developers and integration partners innovate.
• Champion partner and user needs to ensure ecosystem growth.
