Job summary

Figma is seeking a thoughtful people leader to scale its Product Partnerships team. You will report to the Director of Product Partnerships and build a high-impact portfolio of partner programs across product areas.

You will translate company priorities into portfolio plans, coach leaders, and ensure strong cross-functional alignment with product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales. Remote-friendly within the United States.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in partnerships with predominant focus in product or ecosystem partnerships.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, with hiring and coaching track record.
• Ability to define strategy, plan, prioritize, and build cross-functional alignment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for complex partnerships.
• Technical depth to influence product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead an initial team of 3–5 Partner Managers owning product-area portfolios and scaled programs.
• Translate organization strategy into focused portfolio plans and measurable goals.
• Ensure teams drive day-to-day partner strategy, execution, and communications with quality.
• Oversee portfolio health, prioritize opportunities, and guide complex workstreams and risks.
• Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Ops, Finance, Legal.
• Define and track portfolio-level metrics and deliver updates to leadership.
• Act as escalation point for high-leverage partner moments while maintaining ownership.
• Support hiring and onboarding to grow the Product Partnerships organization.
