Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first company building telemetry infrastructure for the AI era, is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to drive product adoption and ensure customer success through tailored 1:1 engagements and scalable 1:many initiatives.

You will leverage your technical expertise to guide customers, provide best-practice guidance, and contribute to digital enablement programs while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and CX Ops across time zones.

Qualifications

• Deep technical acumen in data observability and security space (SIEM, APM, logging, metrics).
• Customer success mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable adoption strategies.
• Experience creating and delivering technical content (presentations, docs, sessions).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and CX ops.
• Strong organizational and multi-priority project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 15-20%.
• Experience with CS tools (Gainsight) and analytics tools.
• West Region preferred (PST/MST).

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and enablement with customized 1:1 plans.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for customers.
• Contribute to 1:many content like webinars and workshops.
• Engage customers strategically to align needs with product.
• Serve as feedback loop to influence product and digital programs.
• Use data to analyze customer behavior and optimize engagements.
• Identify churn risks and propose retention strategies.
• Identify automation opportunities to scale experiences.
• Measure and report on health, adoption, and engagement metrics.
• Support cross-team collaboration to improve customer outcomes.
