Job summary

Cribl, the AI telemetry platform, is hiring a Scaled Customer Success Engineer to drive product adoption and customer value at scale. This remote-first role supports West US time zones, with occasional travel (up to 15-20%).

You will blend technical guidance, 1:1 enablement, and 1:many content to help customers maximize Cribl's platform. Strong collaboration with product, engineering, and CX is essential, plus data-driven optimization and proactive churn mitigation.

Qualifications

• Deep Technical Acumen across data observability, SIEM, APM, logging, metrics.
• Customer Success mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Strategic thinking to translate customer objectives into adoption actions.
• Experience creating technical content, presentations, and live sessions.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with product, eng, sales, and marketing.
• Proven project management skills in fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with customer success platforms (e.g., Gainsight) and analytics tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 15–20%.
• Residents in West Region (PST or MST strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption & Enablement: deliver 1:1 adoption plans to maximize value from Cribl.
• Provide Technical Expertise: act as a trusted advisor, offering in-depth product knowledge.
• Contribute to 1:Many Initiatives: create webinars, workshops, and educational materials.
• Strategic Customer Engagement: align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Customer Advocacy & Feedback: champion customer needs to product and engineering.
• Data Analysis & Optimization: use data to improve 1:1 and 1:many engagement.
• Churn Mitigation & Growth: identify risks and drive retention and expansion.
• Process Improvement & Automation: leverage automation for scalable experiences.
• Measure & Report: track health, adoption, and engagement metrics.
• Remote collaboration across time zones; occasionally work outside standard hours.
