Job summary

Cribl is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Scaled Customer Success Engineer (CSE) to join our team. You’ll drive product adoption and customer success through tailored 1:1 engagements and scalable 1:many initiatives, leveraging your technical expertise to guide customers through their journey.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and CX operations, creating impactful content and leveraging data to optimize engagement and reduce churn.

Qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of data observability and security space (SIEM, APM, logging, metrics).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Adoption & Enablement with impactful materials and measurable results.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
• Contribute to 1:Many initiatives (webinars, workshops, educational materials).
• Engage with customers at a strategic level to align needs with product capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and CX Operations.
• Analyze data to identify pain points and improve engagement strategies.
• Identify churn risks and develop retention strategies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation to scale experiences.
• Track metrics related to customer health, adoption, and engagement.
