Qualifications

• PV/BESS control system design experience (PPC, HMI, Networking).
• Startup/commissioning of SCADA/PLC/PPC or DCS for IBR.
• Ability to review and present technical documents to stakeholders.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Represent the SCADA team in engineering discussions and design updates.
• Coordinate reviews with SCADA suppliers, customers, and Project Integration to meet EPC requirements.
• Verify installation, support site acceptance testing, and resolve punch lists.
• Witness SCADA FAT and address punch items.
• Identify technical risks and inform SCADA PM of schedule/cost impacts.
• Review EPC requirements for SCADA, Communications, and Operations portions.
• Assist in defining SCADA budgets and schedules per EPC specs.
• Develop SCADA architecture knowledge for substation, PV, BESS and sensors/devices.
• Co-author site control narratives with SCADA supplier.
• Collaborate with commissioning to troubleshoot non-performing SCADA hardware.
• Provide programming and troubleshooting for substation SCADA devices (SEL relays, metering devices).
• Travel to job site to provide on-site support.
