Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks a detail-oriented Project Controls Analyst to support forecasting, cost tracking, and cash flow for utility-scale solar projects. This role can be based in the Scottsdale office or work remotely.

You will maintain risk logs, ensure timely billings, and help with change orders and value schedules while ensuring data quality. Occasional travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls, project management, scheduling, or financial analysis in large-scale construction or energy sectors.
• Proficiency in Excel or Smartsheet
• Experience forecasting job costs
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites

Responsibilities

• Maintain project risk and opportunity logs to evaluate potential financial exposure
• Ensure positive project cash flow through diligent monthly billings
• Forecast project costs and performance accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor and communicate the financial health of projects to management
• Assist with assessing and calculating change orders
• Produce schedule of values and assist with job set ups
• Maintain data quality to support future project estimates
• Assist in improving field productivity tracking processes
• Travel to project sites as needed
