Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS SCADA projects. You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate with owners, vendors, and internal teams, and drive design reviews, FAT activities, and closeout processes.

The role supports remote or hybrid work with in-office presence in specified locations. You will manage procurement, forecasting, and risk management while ensuring alignment with SOLV standards and contract terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred but not required.
• Experience supporting or managing utility-scale PV solar projects.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Experience with scheduling software (Oracle P6, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a diverse organization.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects of moderate complexity.
• Interpret SCADA contract requirements and ensure alignment with contractual terms.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project goals are met.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, and project closeout activities.
• Ensure timely, high-quality installation of SCADA components with field teams.
• Lead design reviews, commissioning, and FAT activities.
• Maintain and manage project schedules to avoid delays.
