Job summary

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Bar license is required.
• Experience in uncontested and contested foreclosure litigation is required.
• Minimum five years’ experience in civil litigation.
• Residence in South Carolina with ability to attend in-person hearings statewide.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials as assigned.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence and motions.
• Analyze and review complaints and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis to clients.
• Communicate case matters and deliver quality service to stakeholders.
