Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a part-time attorney licensed in South Carolina for a 100% remote role within SC. Must have SC Bar Admission; other state bars are a plus. The position requires 20-25 hours per week with flexibility.

You will represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials, and prepare pleadings, motions, and legal documents. The role involves legal research, client communications, and delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders; in-person court

Qualifications

• SC Bar Admission required.
• Minimum five years’ experience.
• Experience in uncontested and contested foreclosure litigation required.
• Reside in South Carolina; preference for Columbia/Florence/Charleston area.
• Remote position but must attend in-person court hearings across the state.
• Part-time hours but our firm must be the primary employer.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, trials, and other duties as assigned.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, correspondence and motions.
• Analyze and review complaints, motions, as assortment of legal documents and final judgments.
• Conduct legal research.
• Provide legal analysis for, and communicate with, clients regarding case matters.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and legal representation to internal and external stakeholders.
