Job summary

Advanced Technology Leaders, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support the SBA Unified Lending Platform (ULP) program from a fully remote U.S. location.

You will document current processes, analyze workflows, and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and customer service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of gathering information from multiple stakeholders to create clear, actionable documentation, requirements, SOPs, and training materials

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management or comparable experience.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Experience with organizational studies and process improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Journeyman Management Analyst supports the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Unified Lending Platform (ULP) by conducting organizational studies, evaluating business operations and processes, analyzing workflows, and assisting management in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• The position works closely with SBA stakeholders, program management, business users, subject matter experts, software development, quality assurance, and operations personnel to collect and analyze information, document current and future-state processes, identify operational gaps, and develop practical recommendations for process improvement.
• The analyst participates in meetings, working groups, requirements sessions, process reviews, and operational activities and assists in coordinating information between SBA business stakeholders and ULP technical teams.
