Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking an SBA Loan Processor/Closer to drive loan closings and act as the primary liaison among BDO, borrowers, and the SBA. This role demands precise SOP knowledge, strong processing acumen, and attention to detail to ensure timely closings.

You should bring 3–5 years of SBA experience, a finance-related Bachelor's degree, and a thorough understanding of SBA standards. The position supports a remote, U.S.-based work arrangement with standard banking compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated SBA experience.
• Excellent SBA SOP knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.

Responsibilities

• Move loans through application, approval, processing and closing efficiently.
• Serve as liaison between BDO, underwriter, borrower and SBA for collateral review and documentation.
• Manage loan pipelines with LSP to ensure timely closings and funding.
• Facilitate loan closings, perform due diligence, and communicate with stakeholders.
