Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Development LP is seeking a Presales, Systems Engineer for SLED. This remote/teleworker role lets you work from home with regional travel as needed, focusing on strategic account engagements in the public sector.

You will partner with account managers, conduct discovery sessions, and design end-to-end networking solutions across campus, branch, wireless, SD-WAN and security domains, delivering technical presentations and proposals to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Industry certifications preferred: Aruba ACA/ACP, Juniper JNCIA, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet FCA/FCP, CWNA.
Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Partner with account managers to develop strategy and drive technical wins.
Lead discovery sessions to uncover business drivers and technical requirements.
Design end-to-end HPE Networking solutions across campus, branch, wireless, SD-WAN, and security.
Deliver customized technical presentations, product demonstrations, and virtual engagements.
Support the development of proposals, RFP/RFI responses, BOMs, and solution documentation.
Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and specialists on complex opportunities.
