Andersen is hiring an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to help enterprises transform their business with innovative solutions across industries. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors, with expertise in Employee Central and integration to SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as SAP SuccessFactors consultant (functional or techno-functional).
• Strong understanding of SAP SF architecture, data model, and core concepts.
• Hands-on configuration of one or more SAP SF modules, with Employee Central as an advantage.
• Experience in enterprise landscapes integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP SF integrations using OData APIs or SAP Integration Suite.
• Understanding of REST-based integrations and data formats (XML, JSON).
• Knowledge of SAP security concepts, roles, and permissions (RBP).
• Experience with testing, deployments, and production support in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders.
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate; German at least Intermediate+.

Responsibilities

• Designing and maintaining end-to-end SAP SF solutions aligned with business needs.
• Configuring SF modules like Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Learning.
• Analyzing HR requirements and translating them into SF configurations.
• Developing and supporting integrations between SF and SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Supporting testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Participating in S/4HANA transformation initiatives from HR IT perspective.
