Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions, Inc. seeks a SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant (US-based, citizens). This part-time role lasts about six months with ~20 hours/week, fully remote.

You will lead SAP module implementations under the Effective People project management team, interfacing with client teams and senior management. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring systems, testing, deployment, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years SAP SuccessFactors HCM ABAP development and CPI experience.
• Knowledge of the SAP ABAP programming language is a must.
• Experienced with ECC BIB (Infoporter) ECC Replications, and ECP P2P Replications.
• Experience with SuccessFactors CPI and API integrations (Integrations Center).
• Participating in the full software development life cycle from concept to testing, deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of assigned SAP implementation projects under Effective People management.
• Gather business/technical requirements and create/maintain requirements workbooks with client teams.
• Configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions and integrations.
• Maintain project documentation and deliver progress reports.
• Ensure deliverables are on time and within budget; manage project risks.
