Job summary

DeWinter Group is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Payroll Implementation Consultant to lead a critical payroll transformation in a multinational setting. You will bridge payroll operations with system design, translating complex requirements into a scalable payroll solution.

You will collaborate with Payroll Operations, HR, Finance, IT, Tax, Benefits, and external partners through design, testing, data conversion, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP Payroll processing and configurations.
• Experience supporting SAP Payroll implementation, upgrade, or major transformation.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll operations in the US.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state payroll processes and define future-state requirements.
• Translate payroll requirements into SAP S/4HANA functional specs and configurations.
• Validate payroll master data, wage types, deductions, and taxes.
• Support design decisions and ensure payroll requirements are incorporated.
• Develop test scripts and implementation documentation.
• Assist with cutover planning and go-live readiness.
