Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Payroll Systems Integrator to work remotely on the Finance Business Process Integration team. You will serve as the SME linking Finance/Payroll, HR, and IT to design payroll system solutions and improve processes.

Role supports upgrading SAP ECC to S/4HANA and moving legacy payroll to SuccessFactors ECP. Requires strong SAP expertise, data mapping, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in finance, accounting, computer information systems, or related field and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and direct related experience equal to twelve (12) years
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious manner

Responsibilities

• Provide second level customer support to analyze global SAP payroll and labor/timesheet systems and troubleshoot production issues
• Provide operational support, manage data mapping, and resolve integration and posting errors between HR, payroll, and financial modules
• Support moving global legacy payroll systems to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Identify and recommend process optimization and automation opportunities for payroll and labor processes
• Implement system changes following IT change management policies and the build schedule
• Facilitate discovery meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee UAT and test results
