Functional Consultant Role:

• Leads design workshops and documents requirements and gaps.
• Develops and documents solution designs.
• Performs configuration, development, and unit testing.
• Creates specification documents when technical development is needed.
• Contributes to testing scope and execution.
• Contributes to training scope and execution.
• Provides estimates for ongoing and proposed work.
• Provides regular updates to workstream leadership.
• Identifies, resolves, and escalates issues and risks to the team lead.
