Job summary

Deloitte Netherlands is seeking an experienced SAP HR Integration Lead to co-deliver the SAP SuccessFactors to SAP ECC payroll integration. You will collaborate with HR and IT leaders across delivery, testing, and cutover stages, ensuring accurate replication of employee data into SAP HR and guiding payroll parallel runs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP ECC Payroll integration.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP BIB replication configuration.
• Deep understanding of SAP HR data structures, infotypes, and payroll processing.
• Proven experience leading payroll integration delivery in complex programme environments.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (SIT, UAT, regression, and payroll parallel testing).
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical/integration solutions.
• Knowledge of GDPR, payroll compliance and audit controls.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead the delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors to SAP ECC payroll integration.
• Collaborate with HR and IT leaders throughout delivery, testing, and cutover phases.
• Ensure accurate replication of SuccessFactors Employee Central employee master data and time data into SAP HR.
• Lead and support payroll parallel runs, analyze results, and reconcile outcomes.
• Lead testing cycles including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and payroll comparison testing.
• Coordinate cutover planning and execution activities for go-live.
• Establish governance frameworks for code releases, compliance, and security.
• Review technical design documents, interface specifications, and mapping sheets.
