DeWinter Group in Princeton, NJ seeks an accomplished SAP S/4HANA Implementation Program Manager to lead a global ERP transformation from QuickBooks Desktop to SAP across the U.S. and India, including new manufacturing facilities.

You will oversee execution from the client perspective, manage the SI partner, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and drive governance, change management, and data migration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while aligning manufacturing and supply chain processes

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of senior project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading global SAP S/4HANA or ERP implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with data migration, governance, and change management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global SAP S/4HANA implementation timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources.
• Manage the system integrator and coordinate consulting teams and client stakeholders.
• Oversee PMO activities, governance, and internal controls.
• Provide strategic guidance on data migration, cleansing, mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Advise on manufacturing and supply chain processes including demand planning and inventory.
• Coordinate cross‑timezone collaboration between U.S. and India teams.
• Challenge implementation decisions and own complex transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and program outcomes.
