Job summary

Charter Global is seeking an experienced SAP OTC Contractor to supply functional and techno-functional expertise across SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash within an AMS and enhancement delivery model under RISE Private Cloud. Qualifications

• Experience as SAP OTC contractor with S/4HANA OTC processes.
• Familiar with AMS support and incident resolution workflows.
• Knowledge of integration touchpoints with FI, EWM/TM, Tax, CPI.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 OTC incident management via ServiceNow.
• Handle service requests for OTC scope and minor configurations.
• Analyze, design and implement minor enhancements (≤40 h).
• Support operational projects, cutover, and hypercare.
• Document designs, coordinate changes, and enable knowledge transfer.
