Randstad USA is seeking a SAP Order-to-Cash Specialist (OTC) to lead OTC processes and SAP S/4HANA activities in a hybrid setup based in Bedford, MA. Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in order management, OTC operations, or related enterprise systems.
• Strong functional understanding of order-to-cash workflows (order entry, billing, invoicing, and revenue impact).
• Hands‑on experience supporting or enhancing enterprise systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA OTC modules.
• Proven project management experience managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross‑functional deliverables.
• Strong data analytics capability using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SAP reporting to drive decision‑making.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDP, SOX).
• Financial awareness regarding the operational impacts on billing, revenue recognition, and working capital.
• Authorized to work within the United States.

Responsibilities

• OTC Process Execution: Drive day-to-day performance of order-to-cash systems operations and functionality.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements using data analysis and process mapping to isolate root causes, eliminate errors, and improve customer/provider experience.
• System & Platform Support: Partner with third‑party software vendors and internal technical teams to support OTC systems, integrations, and enhancements.
• SAP S/4HANA Operations: Support SAP S/4HANA OTC processes, contributing to system enhancements, integrations, and workflow optimizations.
• Governance & Compliance: Maintain SOPs, SLAs, and controls to ensure compliant, stable operations.
• Issue Resolution & Escalation: Lead resolution of complex order issues across teams.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT for alignment.
• Reporting & Insights: Track performance and communicate risks and improvements to leadership.
• Launch & Change Support: Assist with UAT, cutover planning, and post-launch stabilization.
