Responsibilities

• Convert customer purchase orders into SAP sales orders, ensuring accurate terms.
• Coordinate full sales order process from entry to completion and monitor progress.
• Provide timely order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue order acknowledgements with timelines and details.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP and related systems.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in orders, pricing, and customer data.
