Actalent is seeking an Order Administration Specialist Analytical Instrumentation to manage the end-to-end order process for a global analytics instrumentation provider. You will create quotes and convert POs to SAP sales orders, coordinating with logistics, finance, and manufacturing to ensure on‑time delivery.

The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and professional communication with customers and internal teams in a science/manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in order administration or finance within manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong SAP SD module experience required.
• Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate quotes and bids based on customer requests and guidelines.
• Convert customer POs into SAP sales orders; ensure terms match.
• Coordinate full sales order process from entry to completion.
• Provide timely order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and issue order acknowledgements with timelines.
• Maintain accurate SAP data, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Collaborate with logistics, finance, and manufacturing to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in orders, pricing, and customer details.
• Support general admin tasks related to order management and follow-up.
