Avantive Solutions is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support customers remotely in select US states. You will handle order management and customer service, leveraging SAP to resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of customer service, strong attention to detail and communication, and the ability to work independently. The role offers remote work with state restrictions and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of related customer service in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage work independently.
• Proficiency with basic PC skills, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, etc.
• Experience with SAP Order to Cash (O2C) components.

Responsibilities

• Customer support and order management while efficiently using SAP.
• Account management while building sustainable relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Financial and inventory coordination including resolving minor billing issues and applying adjustments per policy.
• Be a vital liaison between end customers and internal business units.
• Deliver against key customer service targets with a high‑performing, accountable culture.
• Work from home if you live in certain US states (see below).
