Job summary
smartShift is seeking a PreSales Solutions Consultant for SAP Modernization. You will own the solution and the commercial shape of deals, running discovery, scoping proposals, and ensuring technical and commercial credibility to win bookings.
Remote, United States-based role with occasional travel. You will collaborate across sales, delivery, and product, shaping repeatable offerings and staying ahead of AI in SAP modernization.
Qualifications
- Presales or solution consulting in enterprise software or services.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English for executive presentations.
- Ability to discuss technical and financial aspects with architects and CFOs.
- Familiarity with RFPs, pricing models, scoping, SOWs and MSAs.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and craft defensible recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Run solution discovery and gather real requirements from prospects.
- Shape and scope proposals with pricing and governance.
- Define and defend commercial offerings tailored to each opportunity.
- Present and demonstrate solutions to technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Account Executives through qualification, proposal, and handoff to delivery.
- Contribute to RFP responses and coordinate with legal and delivery teams.
- Provide market feedback to product and stay ahead of AI trends.
