Job summary

smartShift is seeking a Solutions Consultant for SAP Modernization in the United States (Remote).

You will own the solution and commercial shape of deals, working with Account Executives to translate discovery into scoped, priced proposals and ensure governance and credibility to close You will sit at the intersection of sales, delivery, and product, shaping what we actually propose and maintaining the repeatability and profitability of offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of presales or solution consulting experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to present to executive audiences.
• Ability to hold technical and commercial conversations with architects and CFOs.
• Fluency with RFPs, pricing models, scoping and estimation, SOWs and MSAs.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity; provide clear, defensible recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Run solution discovery with prospects to surface requirements and constraints.
• Shape and scope proposals; size efforts and apply pricing standards.
• Define and defend commercial offerings tailored to prospects.
• Present and persuade with demos and RFPs for technical and executive audiences.
• Partner with Account Executives from qualification to delivery handoff.
• Work the paperwork: RFP responses and MSAs, SOWs, and orders.
• Provide feedback to product on competitive pressure and unmet needs.
• Represent smartShift at industry events and through writing.
