Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Master Data Analyst to run governance and analytics across SAP and related systems. You will manage master data objects, develop reports and KPIs, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and IT to enable informed decisions.

This role is remote in the US with periodic travel, requiring 5+ years in data management and strong SQL/Excel skills. A Bachelor's in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Master Data Management, Data Analysis, or ERP support.
• Experience with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze master data trends to identify data quality opportunities.
• Create, maintain, and audit material, customer, vendor, and other master data objects in SAP.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support operations and decision-making.
• Perform data analysis to back business initiatives and system changes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of data quality issues and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and IT.
