CRH is seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Analyst to join our Record-to-Report team in a hybrid role. You will validate customer data during onboarding and maintain existing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, computer science, data science, business administration, or statistics (required).
• Minimum 2 years with SAP or equivalent ERP in a shared services environment (required).
• Finance and accounting knowledge; familiarity with transactional processes.
• Experience in building data governance, quality, and stewardship programs.

Responsibilities

• Design validation tools to cross-check customer details against policies and external databases.
• Architect and develop RPA bots and AI-driven workflows to automate customer account setup (billing, shipping, sales org).
• Build and maintain automation programs ensuring data integrity across ERP/CRM platforms.
• Develop automation for verbal verification and document validation via Informatica MDM integration.
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails per governance policies.
