Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to join our Record-to-Report (R2R) team in a Hybrid role.

You will maintain master data accuracy across customer, vendor, and material domains, support governance initiatives, and drive continuous process improvements. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with localized operating companies while adhering to data policies and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a master data or related role preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to optimize master data processes.
• Perform updates to master data across domains (customer, vendor, material).
• Ensure cleanliness, accuracy, and integrity of master data and sources.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure policy compliance.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, application errors, and change requests.
• Provide insights and enhancements to SAP code block elements and COA.
• Analyze master data trends to improve business processes and efficiency.
• Coordinate with localized operating companies to maintain data management.
• Adhere to master data policies, procedures, and controls.
• Provide vendor support and review reports for discrepancies or fraud risks.
• Complete tasks with accuracy and contribute to team development.
