Omiz Staffing Solutions (OSS) seeks a Senior SDET to lead testing strategy for SAP IS-U/CIS transformations, overseeing SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing to ensure business readiness.

You will validate meter-to-cash processes, review coverage, manage defects, and communicate risks to senior stakeholders while coordinating with implementation partners.

Remote work within the U.S. with occasional travel to Columbus, OH is expected; travel expenses are reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Senior SDET or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• SAP IS-U testing experience in utility CIS projects.
• Strong knowledge of billing, metering, payments, and meter-to-cash processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead test strategy, planning, governance, and execution oversight.
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Validate utility business processes (meter-to-cash, billing, payments, collections).
• Review test scenarios, traceability, and coverage.
• Manage defects, testing risks, reporting, and resolution tracking.
• Oversee data conversion validation and billing reconciliation.
• Evaluate testing quality and gaps in test approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and partners to ensure readiness.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
