Job summary

TTC Global is seeking a Test Lead to provide independent testing leadership for a regulated utility CIS replacement on SAP IS-U. Join a global team, review the SI's approach, maintain coverage tied to business risk, and guide SIT, UAT, conversion and deployment readiness.

Six roles available. You will oversee test strategy, governance, data conversion validation and billing validation as part of a complex CIS transformation for a utility client.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise application testing experience, including large transformation programs.
• Direct experience leading testing for a large CIS implementation or transformation.
• Strong SAP IS-U experience and understanding of utility meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience owning test strategy, governance, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with a System Integrator to review testing approaches and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS testing strategy and execution across SIT, regression, UAT, cutover validation and deployment readiness.
• Review and align test strategies, plans, schedules, and entry/exit criteria with the SI.
• Govern test execution with KPI reporting, risk identification and readiness assessments.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through test cases, execution results and defects.
• Coordinate integration testing with AMI/MDM, payment platforms and contact center.
