Job summary

TTC Global is hiring a Test Lead to guide SAP IS-U CIS transformation testing across SIT, UAT, and deployment. You will review the SI’s testing approach, ensure coverage aligns with business risk, and drive readiness activities alongside a global SI and client program manager.

The role requires deep SAP IS-U and utility domain knowledge, extensive test governance, and collaboration with multiple teams. Remote within the US with monthly travel to Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise application testing, with large transformation programs.
• Experience leading testing for CIS implementations or regulated utilities.
• Strong SAP IS-U experience and utility meter-to-cash understanding.
• Experience owning test strategy, planning, governance, and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with a System Integrator to govern testing.
• Experience leading SIT, regression, UAT, conversion, deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS testing strategy and execution across SIT, regression, UAT, conversion, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with SI to review and align test strategies, plans, and entry/exit criteria.
• Govern test execution with KPI reporting, risk identification, and readiness assessments.
• Maintain traceability from requirements through test results and defects.
• Coordinate integration testing across CIS ecosystem and connected systems.
• Lead review of test scenarios, cases, and scripts for coverage across scopes.
• Define test data needs and coordinate converted data validation and sign-off.
• Coordinate environment readiness, interface connectivity, and batch schedules during testing.
• Plan and run UAT with business stakeholders and SMEs to sign-off.
• Provide quality assessments for go/no-go decisions and ORT readiness.
