Job summary

Resource Consultings Services Inc seeks an SAP IS-U Test Lead to deliver independent testing leadership for a regulated utility CIS replacement on SAP IS-U. You will oversee SIT, UAT, conversion testing and deployment readiness, working with a global SI and reporting to the Program Test Manager.

Remote work is allowed, but monthly travel to Columbus, Ohio is required. We are hiring six Test Leads to drive governance, coverage across CIS modules and end-to-end testing readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise testing, with minimum 5 years in a Test Lead role.
• Direct CIS testing leadership experience in regulated utilities.
• Strong SAP IS-U understanding and meter-to-cash processes.
• Experience coordinating with a System Integrator for testing governance.
• Proficient with Jira and Azure DevOps for test planning and tracking.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS testing strategy and governance across SIT, regression, UAT and cutover.
• Partner with the SI to align test plans and entry/exit criteria.
• Manage test execution with KPI reporting, risk escalation and readiness.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to defects.
• Coordinate integration testing across CIS ecosystem (AMI/MDM, payments, channels).
• Plan UAT with business stakeholders through sign‑off and support go‑live.
• Support ORT, cutover rehearsals and deployment validation.
