Job summary

ZealHire Inc. in Columbus, OH is seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead to support a multi-year CIS implementation for a public utility. You will establish the test strategy, develop plans and scripts, and lead testing across SAP IS-U processes and integrations.

The ideal candidate has led testing on large-scale SAP IS-U utility deployments, not just production support, and will travel as required for key milestones and go-live activities. Onsite presence in Columbus is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP IS-U testing in large CIS implementations.
• Experience with SAP IS-U customer and utility processes.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and onsite Columbus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end test strategy, master test plan, schedules, deliverables, and entry/exit criteria for integration, system, user acceptance, regression, and cutover testing.
• Create and oversee detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts covering the utility customer lifecycle (accounts, premises, service activation, device/meter processes, meter reads, usage, billing, invoicing, payments, collections).
• Lead testing across SAP IS-U customer and utility processes and their integrations.

Position Overview

This individual will establish the test strategy, develop test plans and scripts, and lead testing across SAP IS-U customer and utility processes and their integrations. The ideal candidate has led testing on a large-scale SAP IS-U utility implementation—not solely production support or a general SAP ERP program.

Key Responsibilities
