Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead to drive a multi-year CIS implementation for a public utility. You will establish the test strategy, develop plans and scripts, and lead testing across SAP IS-U processes and integrations.

The role requires hands-on ownership of test strategy, end-to-end test deliverables, and coordination across functional and technical teams. Strong leadership, communication, and familiarity with Azure DevOps are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP testing for large implementations or transformations.
• Direct experience leading SAP IS-U testing for regulated utilities.
• Hands-on ownership of test strategy, plans, scenarios, and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end test strategy, master plan, schedules, and entry/exit criteria for multiple testing stages.
• Create and oversee test scenarios and scripts for utility customer lifecycle, billing, and payments.
• Ensure test coverage for SAP IS-U integrations with AMI/MDM, customer channels, and finance systems.
• Define test-data requirements and coordinate environment readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Lead test execution, monitor results, and manage defect lifecycle from triage to resolution.
• Coordinate UAT with utility business owners and obtain sign-off.
• Provide progress reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to leadership.
• Support mock conversions, cutover readiness, and post-deployment validation.
