Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking an SAP IS-U Device & Work Management Functional Manager to lead end-to-end design and delivery of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management solutions. You will own the device and work management workstream, align processes with metering and field operations, and drive solution quality from discovery through post-go-live stabilization.

You will lead functional teams, coordinate with business, technical and vendor stakeholders, and ensure robust integration with AMI,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years in SAP IS-U or utilities.
• Proven ownership of SAP IS-U Device and Work Management design and delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and programs.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
• Experience integrating IS-U with AMI/MDMS/GIS and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the SAP IS-U Device and Work Management workstream from discovery through deployment and stabilization.
• Define functional design for device lifecycle, meter reading, field service and work execution.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analyses and design reviews.
• Drive end-to-end integrations with AMI, MDMS, EDM, GIS, inventory and mobile solutions.
• Oversee testing, defect resolution, cutover and operational readiness.
• Coach functional consultants and manage cross-workstream dependencies.
